1) No Refunds

All payments for:

  • Consulting calls

  • Strategy sessions

  • Subscriptions/retainers

  • Digital products (templates, courses, downloads)

  • Done-for-you deliverables
    are final and non-refundable.

2) No Refunds for Results

We do not guarantee investment performance or outcomes. Refunds will not be provided due to dissatisfaction with results, market conditions, or investment decisions made by the client.

3) Rescheduling

You may reschedule with at least [24/48] hours notice.
Late reschedule requests may be treated as a no-show.

4) No-Shows / Late Arrivals

  • No-shows are not refundable.

  • Late arrivals may receive a shorter session ending at the scheduled time.

5) Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend access to services/materials and dispute the chargeback using documented proof of purchase and service delivery.
